The only thing I've seen is that if your sensors are dirty (ice, snow, dirt, mud, whatever) that you can get a false signal. Try washing your car and see what happens.

I didn't see the whole schedule. I do know that in March, the rebate on at GT2 AWD was $7,200 and that dropped to $7,000 in April. I don't know what the amounts were on lower trim levels but I'm sure they were lower.

Someone found a tech bulletin on another Kia model. The parking brake is a small drum, not the rear disc brake, and the cable going to that drum can vibrate. The solution was a simple cable adjustment. Might be the same on the Stinger. Please report back when the solution if found.

This is a distinct possibility. I haven't looked closely at the rear brakes on my GT2 but most cars like this use a small drum brake for a parking brake, not the disc brake pads/rotor. Good find.
