- 2018 Kia Stinger GT
I am planning on installing some aftermarket fog lights on the front of my 2018 Stinger GT. I want them to be manually activated and intend to mount an on/off switch on the dash. Ideally, I would like to use one of the vacant spots on the panel to the left of the steering wheel that currently has the dimmer for the dash lights and the fuel filler door. There are two additional cover plates available.
Has anyone ever mounted a DIY switch in that spot? I noticed the OEM switches are part of an entire unit that is sealed. If so, did you crack open the case or is there a version available for cars that have more features than mine? Can you suggest a switch that is a close match to Kia's? Any help is appreciated.
