2018 CPO Stinger Premium

So, this is the car that I am currently looking at, at my local dealer.

They have a '18 CPO Premium, sitting with 33k miles on it. Silver, and only seeming to be missing the package with the blind spot sensors on it. Asking price on it is 25,400. I've tried to get them to budge on the price a little, as I found some damage to the rims, but they won't move. Instead offering to have them fixed.

What I want to know, is if this is a good deal that I'm looking at.

With all the incentives and discounts right now you can get into a base GT in the low $30k and still get 0% financing.
