This is driving me nuts.. if the car is in accessory mode audio is working fine.. but when I'm driving the car and listening to music via CarPlay the audio has been dropping out randomly since upgrading to iOS 18.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Replace your ignition coils. That's the problem. At least it definitely was in my case.

I recently did a pre purchase inspection and everything in the car seemed to be fine, have u changed it to new oem ignition coils or aftermarket ones ?

New OEM ignition coils. If you contact K8StingerStore they can help you get the exact part you need for your car. They did that for me and the car has been fine since.

I would NOT trust ANY dealer or mechanic to say everything in the car is "fine" with something like this - especially not a KIA dealership.
