I am really excited to get the Stinger as a daily driver and a road trip car! I'm going to go with the 4cyl.

I currently have a 300hp X1 and a Focus RS. Regular driving I really don't use all of the power. Spirited mountain runs with the RS are another story.
Focus RS owner here too.

This article claims 0-60 for the 2.0 RWD to be 6.0 seconds, with starting price just above 30k; the RWD 3.3 to start at/just below 40k. $10,000 is a lot for 1.1 second difference to 60mph, especially since you could option the 2.0 all the way and get some aftermarket HP boost - most likely still saving some money in the end for upfront costs (not counting longer term cost savings: gas, insurance, repairs, tire replacement, etc).

$10k is a huge savings and I do plan on getting the 2.0.

It should be the 2.2 liter diesel, less funny but a bit more practical in Spain

I want the 3.3TT with the AWD. If I got the 2.0T it would be RWD.

In Canada, we?re only getting the 3.3L TT in AWD. Only two trim levels available, the GT and the GT Limited.

This is only for the first 200 Stingers coming up here, pre-ordered and arriving in Dec. If Kia Canada brings up more next year, maybe we?ll get more choices?

(BTW, I pre-ordered mine. GT Limited in Thunder Gray w/ Black Nappa leather.)

I originally planned on getting the 4cyl. but wasn't impressed by the reviews so far. Will probably end up with the 6cyl. unless I feel differently from the test drive.

I'm part of the minority here in choosing the 2.0-liter [:p]

I vote for the 2.0L. My wife has enough damn speeding tickets and burns through tires like crazy with her Magnum RT. LOL

The 2.0L with the Lap3 could be one way to save $10k. LOL

I have the 2.0 and I?m very happy with it. Plenty of ?zip? and fairly easy on the fuel.

It feels like a larger motor.

Four cylinder because I can't afford a GT, lol. My budget is like 35k.

I'm actually between this and the new Camry XSE V6. I know these are considered different categories, but they both appeal to me and are similar in price. Anything else I should consider?
Good for you can choose to have either but how you say a Camry appeals you...? [shameful]

I’m happy with the 2.0 I got last week. Didn’t think I would be, coming from 2 chevy SS’s, a G8GT and 4 LS1 f body’s as my previous cars, but it’s quick enough for daily use. I miss the power occasionally, but not enough to warrant the extra $10k
