Throttle body hose clamps - special tool?

Is there a special tool for those hose clamps or are they single use?

I imagine I could destructively remove them, but is there a better way?

Can't remember if I used flathead to pop off or needle nose players to pull off, been a while.

I'm guessing these are single use torque snapoff bolts that snap off when torqued correctly...

Mine do "appear" to have a snapped off edge...
I will check closer with more light

I know for sure the bottom of the intercooler had them and we popped them off, they look exactly like the ones you took pic of, just were worm clamps with a cap.

If the are stripped thread drill bits would likely go right into that hole and get them moving, I've removed a few messed up screws with them, they are easy.

What I have used mine was a 2 pack, got it at Lowe's but I'm sure we did not have to do that

You just use a pair of pliers and the caps pop off, they come off very easily.
