I'm sure it's all about price point. KMA wanted the car to come in as close to the $50K mark as possible, for whatever reason, so they had to find options to delete. Doesn't explain how Canada got them all, and for $10K cheaper, but that's KCI, not KMA.

You can set up alerts based on trim and dealer distance. I've got a few active right now on the 4GC (which I might still choose, thanks to Kia's absurd decontenting strategy).

Look at it this way: Less opportunity for dealers to "market adjust" the the Stinger, since it's merely a CoTY runner-up.

According to this 2015 article, Kia has a different badge for international markets, although I don't see it on their global website (at least not prominently displayed). It also suggests the K badge (without any other text) is an unofficial aftermarket derivative...

Don't hold your breath. We got burned on the SVM 360 camera that all the other larger Kias have: Optima, Cadenza, K900, Sorento, and even Sedona.

Yeah, that's pretty lame...only 3 colors, and still only 4 if you go up a trim level. It's also weird that the Panthera Metal is available on GT, but not the GT1 or GT2.

They should offer the 360? camera as a port or dealer option. We know the electronics are there, probably the wiring harnesses too, so just need to add the cameras.
