Interesting article, it looks as if they are showing love to the US. I was really hoping I would hate the thing or think it looked better in pics than in person, but nope, it's just as amazing in the flesh. This is going to be a long two months but I guess I'll hold out for one. If you've never seen one, check around in your area, there may be a demo model...

Most people seem to hate it. Me personally, I usually have my music up pretty high so I rarely ever hear the engine anyway. It looks like Kia gives the Stinger the option to customize it; you can have any way but Off:

So Randy Pobst recently drove a Stinger GT for Motor Trend, and the video is available On Demand (but hasn't been posted to site or YouTube yet). Overall a very positive review and he seemed to genuinely like it. He concluded that it's not a track car but it doesn't embarrass itself either...

I've always been ok with the chrome trim since it's dark, but for this might work for people that don't like chrome at all....

Very exciting. Just as I figured, 400+ hp is available with just a simple tune....

Edit: I meant Sunset Yellow in the title, sorry. If so, I'm surprised; I thought it was more of a golden yellow. If this is the real thing, I like. It's almost the same shade as my beloved Genesis coupe:

I thought it was a hoax but apparently there's a real live Stinger GT on display at Carson Kia. It's not for sale obviously but it's a good sign when they start showing up at dealers to build up public interest. I spoke to a salesman to see if they had any idea when they would start arriving...
