Sxthelement catch can install dumb questions

SO I bought a Sxthelement Catch can and am getting ready to install it. Seems pretty self explanatory except I confused myself on something.
with the check valve that is on the breather side do I want the arrow facing the catch can or facing the breather inlet/intake manifold? I am assuming its facing the catch can.

also,how do you empty it? does it unscrew somehow? mine wont budge

Never-mind, just had a brain fart, the arrow goes towards the intake manifold. But I still can't seem to open it

LOL Yes, the arrow is the direction of airflow...
