K&N CAI Defect

I removed my KN typhoon 3.3T CAI today. The left-hand side heat shield is chaffing the air conditioning coolant line. I highly recommend that if you have one of these you take a look. See the photo for details.

I'll call KN and complain, as this is a serious design flaw, not to mention the poor quality fittings, etc. In the meantime, I ordered a Tork Motorsports intake set instead.
