Help with 2021 that won't start & VIN # in a LAW SUIT?????????? 8-0

So anyone had this issue? I bought a 2021 with 9,200 miles for my son's HS graduation present.... 29 days after purchase (from a Honda dealership near Dallas) it would NOT START & it was NOT the battery... Had it towed to Crain Kia of Bentonville AND it's been sitting there almost 2 wks bc.... GET THIS-- the VIN # is in a Law Suit with KIA??? Carfax was FINE.... Thanks for any suggestions!!!

We have a 2021 G90 that had engine failure at 27000 miles. This happened in October 2023 and we are still waiting for it to be replaced and repaired. Genesis has refused to compensate our losses.
