I do believe that is a vacuum line so it will trigger a CEL code but it should still drive. Why do you have your tubes hooked up to the intakes from you BOV. If you go to home depot an buy two rubber leg tips you can plug the holes on your intakes. Here's a picture of the product.

You shouldn't feel any vibration until you apply the brakes. If your getting vibration while just driving then you have a wheel out of balance.

Yes, you will feel it in the pedal and the steering wheel, basically the hole front end. It really depends on how bad they're warped.
