245/45/R18 means you're going to have a width of round 9.6" inch, its recommended that you stay around 9" up front for clearance issues, the recommended size is 225/45/R18 or 235/45/18 for 18" wheels. At 9.6" you won't have any problems in the rear but there might be an issue up front. This may...
