The stock size tires for the RWD GT are 35 series in front and 40 series in the rear, but the front I think is a little skinny for the wheel. I think it's a clearance issue. I haven't gotten it up on a lift yet to look at it. Maybe someone on here knows why.

Can you see anything visually wrong with the rotors? Jack up the front end, spin the front wheels by hand and if it seems to make a rhythmic noise you might have warped rotors or worst case scenario cracked rotors(which I doubt if you weren't hard on them). Performance rotors and calipers...
