I installed with no sensor issues. I test fit - turned on car - no beeping ;) Pulled up to wall - beeping. I am making a plastic 'shroud' to fill the gap to the bumper (as it sticks out quite a bit).

With no further info - sounds like a coil failed. Let us know what the dealership says.

Yes. But you have to look for it.

It is a "cut line" with a razor. It has a trim piece you could glue on to cover the cut - but it looks less obtrusive without it...
