Never did.

Is there actually a camera watching the driver's face?

No Sir. The car watches about a half dozen inputs from the pedals, wheel, road, etc... and determines your driving state.

What does it monitor? I can't say that I've seen it before.

I've never seen that.. I have seen the "Please keep your hands on the wheel" warning a number of times.. even tho my hands *were* on the wheel each time. Apparently the active lane keeping assist was doing more work then it thought it should have.. :)

seen it a couple of times. If you want to trigger it, just start driving close to the divider lanes, to trigger the warning, with the lane keep assist turned on and it will pop up
