    Big Turbo Thread

Thank you that sounds awesome, modern turbos have come along way! Whats the PSI / bar that they run I'll try and watch the small gauge in the dash. My old sti turbo with downpipe and exhaust would peak to 1.4 bar until the waistgate took it down a little, that was a different peeky 2L engine...

    Big Turbo Thread

I wonder how the factory turbo's are sized. Would they be similar to a supra RZ twin turbo arrangement where theres a small and larger turbo's working together? I've had a couple of Subaru WRX STI's with single turbo's and i'm not feeling any progression from the low to high end (unlike the...

    Downpipe Thread

Downpipe + nice feel flowing exhaust would be a great first mod and maybe even the last one This would kill the factory warrantee right?

    Hi from Canada

Cheers guys this car is a real bargain up north compared to other markets in Europe, Oz, US and elsewhere! Another fun day tottering around town my first tank of fuel got a 16.5 L/100 km rating!

Winter Tires, Gas, & Alternative Logos

Thanks Ralzon, I've had the Michelin support comment in my head since buying the car and figured I'd see how it goes with cracking and cold temp. I've been well below -7C from the day I took delivery and noticed they included a clause on the sales agreement that acknowledging the fact that...

    New Kia Stinger Titanium Exhaust

I wonder how titanium sounds compared to normal stainless steel Do people still do downpipes these days, or is that a big no no for environmental reasons?

Who turns off the Auto Start/Stop feature when they first get in their Stinger?

I used to have a 'turbo timer' on my old cars so that when I parked (or even fill up at the gas station) the car would run for a few mins. May not be required now and i'm sure they tested the turbo longevity and sense when its save to turn off

Winter Tires, Gas, & Alternative Logos

The winter tires thing has me on the fence between all season and winter tires. I've had the car for a week and didn't want to pay the $4k on dealer winters so will wait for the next winter season to figure something out. Very impressed with the summer tire grip levels at the current temps...

Who turns off the Auto Start/Stop feature when they first get in their Stinger?

I find the auto off does work well, faster than a current Audi A4 rental I drove last summer. I still turn it off after the first time it shuts off. Maybe I will get used to the idea but do like some engine cool down when stopped. Finding it hard to behave during a self inflicted 1000km run...

    Hi from Canada

Hey guys very happy new member here after spending best part of 18 months researching and saving the $$ for a new purchase I finally went with the Kia Stinger. Seriously considered the Honda Civic Type R, Honda Accord 2.0 since I was all set on a nice manual gearbox... Strangely I preferred...
