If you wanted to mod it, why go for the base engine. You will spend a lot more in mods to get to stock 3.3 performance than just buying the 3.3 in the first place; and you will void your power train warranty in the process.

To be honest the single chip solution does not seem to work that well, the boost drop off on the single chip solutions is pretty bad, where on the dyno for the dual chip it is much better.

This shouldn't be that expensive as it is just another Chinese made titanium exhaust. Something like this should be about $1800-$2200 direct from China. I paid $1600 for a titanium exhaust off Alibaba few years back.

What is the difference between the single and the dual chip models? If this is just MAP sensor modification it is no wonder people are burning though plugs.

Just as the title says I am looking for information on the LAP3 dual chip solution. I know the basic Uncle is not a tune or a true piggy back it is just a MAP manipulator (which is why people are burning plugs, no AFR or timing control), but is the LAP3 dual chip a true piggy back or tune?
