Yes I can hear my chassis flexing whenever I'm driving into parking garages with steep ramps.

K&N recommends you remove the negative terminal before installing the intake but I think its more of a safety thing.

55-60% would be my guess. After the first two year I think the depreciation rate will slow down as there will be demand for this car.
