Kia Stinger Out The Door Price Thread

My particular dealer is charged a dealer marketing group fee of $482 (local advertising costs), which is added to the invoice amount. Costco's invoice number doesn't reflect this additional amount since not all dealers get charged the fee. I confirmed with MurlinatoR that the fee is legitimate...

Kia Stinger Out The Door Price Thread

@ rooSTer has it right. I submitted a request for pricing via the Costco auto site. Then they contacted an affiliated dealer in the region. That dealer called me up, texted me a picture of the invoice and said "the Costco price is $500 less than that." I was working with a different dealer...

Thanks! I wish I could chalk it up to my superior negotiating skills, but, alas, it was just the straight-up Costco pricing.

Signed for a GT2 AWD tonight. Purchase price of $49,095 was 500 below invoice before the application of any fees, lease cash, etc.

    "Dealer Marketing Group" Fee?

Evening, all. Tonight I got a quote on a Stinger, and everything seems pretty squared away. The only item of uncertainty for me is a "DMG" fee, which shows up as a line item under the dealer costs on the invoice. It doesn't raise the MSRP any, just the dealer invoice cost (to the tune of $482)...

    Check My Math

In looking at my quote again, I'm a bit more clear on what they're doing. They listed a purchase price of 50,750 and then they did a cap cost reduction of only 5,650 (instead of 7,200). The difference between 7,200 and 5,650 is 1,550. If I add 1,550 back onto 50,750, I'm right back at the MSRP...

    Check My Math

Evening All, I'm hoping someone can help me see where I'm going wrong with my math. Today I received a quote on a GT2 AWD. Below are the details. 36mo/12k lease MSRP = 52,300 Offered Purchase Price = 50,750 Money Factor = .00198 Residual = 51% Lease Cash = 7,200 Taxes = 8.375% Title/Lic/Fees =...

    January Lease Details?

Hello all, first post here in the forum. Many thanks to all the contributors providing such useful information. Has anyone been able to negotiate a higher RV or lower MF than what has been posted? I wasn't sure if these are set in stone or can be negotiated.
