As far as i know they have not changed it. You can only use the SCC.

My experience is that here in the northeast you can be doing 70-75 leaving proper space and someone will go to fill that space and the SCC jams on the brakes hard. That can be an accident waiting to happen. It may be redundant but i see SCC being there for people who dont pay attention to cars...

I agree, even the service writer at the dealer said that. Her boyfriend has a new K5 and hates the SCC.

Well all just got back from the dealer and according to them you cannot turn off scc and go back to old type. scc is the only cruise they have on the car and it started in 2021. Bummer

Mine is a 2022 and my ipod will not work. The unit only accepts files in FLAC so i got a memory stick and did the conversion. Its a pain but it does work.

Do you have a 2022? I tried holding it but nothing happened. I know they made some electronic changes to the audio like removing the aux jack so they might changed other software. If i am not moving it just says conditions not correct for scc. If i am driving as soon as i hit the cruise button...
