I am in the process of repainting my rocker panels. I went to remove them and found that the puddle lights do not fit through the hole. The wiring goes up into the cabin all the way up to what appears to be the main fuse block. How do I remove the rocker panels with OEM puddle lights with out splicing the wiring. The wiring also appears to have some insulation to protect it from the elements. I didn't want to splice them until IU got some confirmation that it could be done. The wiring to the lights is very thick and I'm afraid to splice them and run into an unforeseen dilemma. Would someone please help guide me on the most appropriate way to carry this out? Thanking in advance
