Should be normal. If it didn't go away after a day or two, it might be a cause for concern.

I'm kind of surprised how moisture even builds up on there. Thought it would be completely sealed.

It is sealed, but the air inside the headlamp assembly contains moisture which condenses when temperature becomes cold enough. I suppose removing the moisture, or most of it, will alleviate the problem.

I just got some in my stinger. Just curious did it go away or you replaced it
