I use the Quick Drying Squeegee on the windows right after the rinse then I use the Clean Tools 45149 Absorber for most of the car then I do another pass with Meguiars X2000 water magnet weave microfiber towels. Then just a microfiber cloth with a quick detailer to get rid of spots on the chrome etc.

Best way to dry your car is blowing air at it. After that use a microfiber drying towel for whatever wet spots are left.

If blowing air is not an option, then use a microfiber drying towel to dry the whole car.

I have used the absorber, mentioned here, and yes it is a good option but you need to make sure you clean it after each use, as it is very prone to catching dirt and damaging/scratching your paint.

+1 for Air and a good microfiber drying towel. Squeegees are great for glass - not paint. Not cheap, but the Griot's microfiber towels at Advanced Auto are really nice. Get 2 drying towels and along with air, you've got the whole car covered.

Leaf blowers are good for blowing leaves and leaving fine scratches on your paint. I've used the Air Force Blaster for the past three years. It has a filter so you don't fling debris on you car and is heated above ambient temperature. The attachments ensure air is directed to a place, not thrown around without focus.

Agree with the big Korean waffle weaves. Super soft and absorbent with little grab.

+1 I have two of them and have had them for countless years. I only use them for drying and then wring them out and place them back in the tube for storage.
