My dad is like that with his 74 Stingray Corvette but when he comes out of where he's at there will be the biggest piece of crap parked right next to him, never fells. Me, I'm a disable Vet so just park in the handy cap, those parking places are big, don't have to worry about door dings. Love the pictures though made me laugh, one thing about parking that far away is people are lazy, people won't walk that far to park their car.

I do that, too. It's costing me a fortune paying someone to stop the other cars getting in, though.[biggrin]

I always park out of the middle of no where and like clockwork there is always a jackass that ends up parking next to me.

Don't you just hate it? Then I get paranoid and spend at least 10 minutes walking around the car looking for door dings lol. Just ruins my day.

Oh yes, at least 10 minutes, my ex wife use to tell me its just a car. [scream] I would tell her yes your right it is just a car BUT ITS MY CAR and I take care of my things that's why my car an things I have look so good and clean. I notice every scratch, rock chip or door ding on my car my I'm walking up to it.

Haha, I actually look for the nice cars and try to park in between them if there is a little larger space. I figure the people with the nice BMW's and Mercedes will not want to ding their doors either. But I'm usually parking at my work so I know they don't usually shuffle around cars as much.
