lol seriously, every intake and exhaust products I've seen excludes CA. Even the tunes.
Catbacks aren't really regulated (except for noise), so that's really the only definitively legal CA mod even when it says "for off-road use only" (read: not street legal). Anything that deals with directly affecting engine performance is so heavily regulated by the CARB that a lot of newer products don't even bother trying to become CARB exempt. I'm surprised there's even anyone trying to get a CARB exemption number for an intake. Thanks to CARB, K&N went from selling products in CA with a non-street legal warning to not being able to sell them at all. It's near-impossible to have a serious car modding scene out here even though I used to be part of one!

Sad that both Stillen had Injen are still not CARB legal yet.
