I noticed (3) small clear plastic sheets adhered to the body behind the passenger doors. Does anybody know that these are for? They look like they can be removed. Perhaps they were for protection during shipping. Any thoughts?

Those are used to protect the car during the assembly process, you can remove them.

Those are in place to protect the body from damage to the paint from driving.

Kia always places those where the body flares out down low so that any sand or gravel that may be blowing by the body during driving.
