That's awful, almost unbearable to look at. My Genesis has the same issue and I will be taking it in. It could be from closing the doors to hard or issues with the latching mechanism. Unacceptable on this quality/cost of car.

Do you remember if it came that way when new or did that happen over time?

And how do they fix that? Do they get two big guys and one pulls the top of the door one way while the other pushes the other way??? LOL Hopefully it's just the trim and not the door frame itself...

Dealer will need to unbolt the front door and re-align properly.

They will need to remove the fenders first so they can gain access to the bolts holdings the door hinges.

That?s insane just to access the bolts.
