I don't have 93 octane, can you mix 91 octane and some aviation fuel together, this would be only when I want to I'm in the mood for performance

Some race tracks will have 100+ octane.

The idea would be to add a gallon of e85, perhaps, when FILLING the tank with 91. Not sure how Kia likes that, either, though.

Is that doable? What would a gallon of E85 bring mixed with 91 theoretically bring the octane level up to?

Most (but not all) higher octane fuel has a small percentage of ethanol as an octane booster. As a chemist, I can tell you that ethanol is higher octane than gasoline, but it has lower thermal (chemical) energy and lowers fuel economy. Gasoline is a complex blend of hydrocarbons so it is not easy to simply calculate the octane increase by adding a gallon of E85 to a tank of premium of unknown composition.
